2. 账户注册

  • 您在注册时须提供真实、准确的信息，并妥善保管账户凭证。
  • 您对通过您的账户进行的所有活动承担全部责任。
  • 发现账户异常或安全问题时，请立即联系我们。
  • 每位用户仅限注册一个账户，不得转让或出售账户。

3. 服务内容

本平台提供 AI 模型 API 网关服务，包括但不限于：

  • AI 大模型 API 的统一接入与调用
  • 用量统计与账户管理
  • API Key 管理
  • 在线充值与账户余额管理

4. 计费与付款

  • 本平台采用预付费模式，用户需先充值后使用。
  • 所有费用以平台显示的价格为准，价格可能会随时调整。
  • 已充值的余额不支持退款，特殊情况请联系客服。
  • 用量按实际消耗的 Token 数计算。

5. 用户行为规范

您同意在使用本服务时遵守以下规范：

  • 遵守所在地区的法律法规。
  • 不得利用本服务从事违法或侵权活动。
  • 不得恶意攻击、干扰或破坏本平台的正常运行。
  • 不得未经授权获取或使用他人的 API Key。
  • 不得将本服务用于生成违法、有害或不当内容。

6. 服务可用性

我们致力于提供稳定可靠的服务，但不保证服务完全不间断。以下情况可能导致服务暂时中断：

  • 系统维护与升级
  • 上游服务商故障

7. 知识产权

本平台的所有界面设计、标识、文档均受知识产权法保护。AI 模型生成的内容版权归属遵循各模型提供方的相关规定。

8. 免责声明

  • 本平台仅提供 API 转发服务，不对 AI 模型输出内容的准确性、适用性或完整性做任何保证。
  • 对于因使用本服务而产生的任何直接或间接损失，本平台不承担赔偿责任。
  • 用户使用 AI 模型生成内容的行为和后果由用户自行承担。

9. 账户终止

在以下情况下，我们保留暂停或终止您账户的权利：

  • 违反本服务条款或使用政策
  • 存在欺诈或恶意行为
  • 长期未活跃的账户

1. Service Overview

Welcome to AnyHop AI ("the Platform"). The Platform provides AI large model API aggregation and forwarding services. By using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your credentials secure.
  • You are fully responsible for all activities under your account.
  • Contact us immediately if you notice any security issues.
  • Each user may register only one account. Accounts may not be transferred or sold.

3. Services

The Platform provides AI model API gateway services, including:

  • Unified access to AI large model APIs
  • Usage statistics and account management
  • API Key management
  • Online recharge and balance management

4. Billing & Payment

  • The Platform uses a prepaid model — top up before use.
  • All fees are based on displayed prices, which may be adjusted at any time.
  • Recharged balance is non-refundable. Contact support for special cases.
  • Usage is calculated by actual token consumption.

5. User Conduct

You agree to follow these guidelines:

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Do not use the service for illegal or infringing activities.
  • Do not attack, interfere with, or disrupt the Platform.
  • Do not access or use others' API Keys without authorization.
  • Do not use the service to generate illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content.

6. Service Availability

We strive to provide stable and reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Temporary interruptions may occur due to:

  • System maintenance and upgrades
  • Upstream provider outages
  • Force majeure events
  • Network infrastructure failures

7. Intellectual Property

All interface designs, logos, and documentation of the Platform are protected by intellectual property laws. Copyright of AI-generated content follows respective model provider policies.

8. Disclaimer

  • The Platform only provides API forwarding services and makes no guarantees about the accuracy, suitability, or completeness of AI model outputs.
  • The Platform is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from use of the service.
  • Users bear full responsibility for their use of AI-generated content.

9. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy
  • Engage in fraudulent or malicious behavior
  • Have a long-inactive account

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
